The Chief Commander of the Army President Yoweri Museveni made a reshuffle in the top Army officers and this resulted after the Army takeover in the near by country Zimbabwe which was under President Robert Mugabe for a couple of years. Here a Question comes is President Museveni trying to strength his Army through cleaning up the un trusted officers to avoid the saga which is currently in Zimbabwe or not.
