City Businessman Frank Gashumba has narated the challenges he faced after a tragic arrest by CMI officers. He was arrested recently acussing him of impasionating him self as he was found with two passports in different names plus some drugs like Cocain and more. He told us that he was not arrested in a good manner and the officers were not having a letter indicating his arrest.
