The Kampala City festival was yesterday on 8th-Oct-2017 held on the Kampala City streets and organized by Kampala Capital City Authority in charge of the Executive Director Jennifer Musisi. Jennifer Musisi came in with a lot of Swang of an aero plane waving to the people who attended the festival.
Later on she was given chance to speak to the audience but some of them reacted to her that there are not happy with her after giving out huge money to Diamond Platinum instead of giving it to the local Artists.
